4 Wire Kelvin Upgrades for Flying Probes
The 4 Wire Kelvin Test is used for testing very small resistance of Interconnect Via Hole (IVH) and through holes. It can measure low resistance correctly without being affected by test lead or contact resistance.
Inductance Measurement Upgrades for Flying Probes
The Inductance Measurement option allows the Flying Probe to measure active inductance (coils) on the PCB. This requires a software option upgrade and an additional measurement meter to provide the measurements.

Gardien's unique upgrade package for Speedy580, 588 and Pegasus flying probe test systems is the only one available in the market. The upgrade package enables you to extend the life of equipment while increasing technology capabilities with minimal investment.

Please note: Old electronics will be removed and replaced with new SCB4, McAVR, Probeelectronic and new Softtouch probes. The existing motion system will be serviced but not replaced.

Insulation Resistance Test Software
The Insulation Resistance (IR) option allows the Isolation Test at a pre-determined Voltage while screening against a pre-determined Isolation Resistance value. This option requires a software license upgrade.

Embedded Resistor Test Software
Embedded Resistance is one of the important technologies adopted in the miniaturization of PCBs. Our Software upgrade enables embedded resistor testing with the following specification:

Embedded Capacitor Test Software
The Embedded Capacitor option allows the test and measurement of embedded capacitors. This option requires a software license upgrade.

We offer the option to add a Vacuum plate:
When purchasing a Flying Probe test System from Gardien you have the option to purchase the Vacuum plate and pump with the machine.
